VAG SSP 523. The four-seater Beetle Cabriolet 2013 is one of the versions available in the current Beetle model series. Both the exterior and interior design, as well as the vehicle equipment, remain true to the design concept of the current Beetle 2012. The Beetle Cabriolet does not feature a rollover bar, however it is equipped with an Automatic Rollover Support System.
The Automatic Rollover Support System, the front airbags and the head-thorax airbags for both the driver and passenger provide the maximum possible protection for vehicle occupants.
A technical highlight of the Beetle Cabriolet 2013 is the fully automatic electrically activated fabric convertible roof. Its large span, new, flatter roof line and the minimum roof volume when it is opened represent a technical masterpiece.
Targeted design measures such as profiles and attached parts that strengthen the structure guarantee that the body will have good static and dynamic rigidity.
