Depending on the verification method, the error code for Kia cars can be displayed in two-digit or five-digit form. The first case is relevant for self-diagnosis, the second for computer testing
1. Turn on the ignition.
2. Press button A until “Engine oil service required” appears on the odometer display.
3. Press and hold button B for more than 1 second.
4. The odometer display will show “Off”, “Service Complete, Reset” and “Remind Later”.
5. Press button A until “Service Complete, Reset” is highlighted.
6. Press button B.
7. Turn off the ignition.
