LUAZ 969M Service Repair Manual
The present Manual contains recommendations on the repair of the car, which consists primarily in a replacement of worn out or damaged parts, assemblies, and units with standard and/or repair-size ones.
The selection in a repair of pairs (shaft — hole), resulting in an assembly with fits corresponding to those specified in the Manual is a prerequisite for attaining a long trouble-free service of a unit or assembly after the repair.
The sizes of the maximum permissible wear of parts, specified in the Manual, should not be regarded as absolute, since a pair with such actual dimensions at which the fits will correspond to those indicated in the Manual can be selected at a repair for a part whose wear exceeds the permissible amount.
