Kia Sedona 2009 Service Repair Manual
These repair manuals covers the operation and repair of a Kia Sedona vehicle. The premiere of the first full-size mini-van Kia Sedona was held at the Geneva Motor Show in 1998. The car, built on the Ford Windstar platform, was in many ways close to the American models of this class: large headlights, double sliding side doors, a massive bumper, a spacious lounge with a high ceiling, a flat floor and a wide aisle between the seats, which you can move for convenience of passengers or push apart for the transport of bulky cargo.
In some countries, the model was sold under the name Sedona. The car enjoyed deserved popularity, and its appearance was updated several times, as a result of which the shape of the radiator grille, headlights and bumpers changed.
In 2006, the premiere of the second generation model Kia Sedona (factory index – VQ). The new full-size MPV (Multi Purpose Vehicle, or “multi-purpose vehicle”, as Europe means mini-vans), built on the Kia Magentis platform, was developed specifically for the European market and is offered in two wheelbase options: short (SWB) and long (LWB ).
The latest version is sometimes found under the name Grand Carnival in American style. A little later, for the North American market, the Hyundai Kia Automotive Group created the Hyundai Entourage, which is structurally identical to the long-wheelbase Kia Sedona models.
